Sundays at 4PM
Ultimate Braai Master is all about cooking up the unexpected. This week’s episode brings the teams together for a challenge they have most likely never encountered before.
The contestants’ challenge for the day sees them planning a high tea on the braai for over 30 guests. The teams will be given three hours to bake, grill and prepare five dishes within the braai-inspired high tea theme using only ingredients from the pantry. Will they be able to bake a cake on the flame and wow the guests? An elimination challenge looms as team Empire and Spice Girls have to fight for their stay on the show. The two teams are expected to braai 15kgs of meat over coal at the Walskipper Restaurant in Jeffrey’s Bay .Both teams will be judged on team-work, determination and their ability to beat the odds. Only the judges can decide which team will be hanging up their tongs and apron strings. Find out this Sunday which team will be making their way home.
