The City of Cape Town would like to inform residents in the Killarney Gardens, Dunoon, Doornbach and surrounding areas that work to connect a new 450mm pipeline to the municipal network in the area could result in low pressure or possibly cause supply disruptions between 08:00 on Saturday 26 May 2018 and 16:00 on Sunday 27 May 2018.
Water will be routed from other sections of the network in order to minimise the impact on residents. Those affected, particularly in higher-lying areas, are advised to store 5-10 litres of water in the event that their water supply is affected.
We ask that residents please keep taps closed to prevent water wastage or damage in the event of water being restored after the supply disruption.
The City regrets any inconvenience caused.
