We’re pleased to announce the launch of dedicated phone support for riders and drivers in your city. From today, you’ll be able to call the Uber support team for assistance through your app, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This new line is only for support. Should you be in an emergency situation, we urge you to still make use of the national emergency line.
How it works
The new phone line is easy to use and gives you even more support when you’re taking a trip. If you need to call the support line, simply:
1. Tap the ‘menu’ button in the top left corner of your in-app screen
2. Tap the ‘help’ button from the menu
3. Tap the ‘call’ option
4. You’ll be connected to a member of the team
We’re excited to be trialing this new feature in your city. Your feedback will help us make it even better as we introduce it to other cities. So, if you think we could be doing something differently, please let us know.
