CAPE TOWN, SA: Abalimi Bezekhaya has partnered with Green Monday South Africa, a new initiative launched by Humane Society International (HSI) that aims to improve animal welfare, human health and environmental sustainability. Green Monday encourages consumers to leave meat, dairy and eggs off their plates for one day a week, and replace it with delicious plant-based alternatives.
To help the Northern Suburbs take part in this fun and delicious movement, Harvest of Hope (HoH) will now also be offering fresh, organically-grown veggies to consumers living in the Durbanville and De Tyger areas once a week (on Tuesdays). Harvest of Hope already provides this popular service to a variety of other suburbs in Cape Town. Veggie lovers in the Northern Suburbs can now order and collect their fresh weekly greens at iNkosi Eco Lodge, who has also joined the Green Monday movement. Continue reading

Kanye West has sparked speculation he uses illegal torrents after a screenshot he posted showed he had a Pirate Bay tab open.
The All Day hitmaker caused controversy when he posted on Twitter a screenshot of his laptop to show he was listening to Sufjan Stevens – but it was the other tabs he had open which caught the eye of fans.
One tab read ‘Pirate Bay Torrent Xfe…’, while another could be seen displaying ‘Xfer Records Serum t..’ , prompting Twitter users including producer Deadmau5 to accuse him of stealing wavetable synthesizer programme Serum by Xfer Records. The EDM star tweeted: ”What the f*** @kanyewest … Can’t afford serum? D***. (sic)”
And Deadmau5 also called on fans to donate money to help West – who recently claimed he was $53 million in debt – purchase the $189 music production programme, which is used to produce high-quality sound with an easy-to-use interface. He posted: ”Let’s start a Kickstarter to help @kanyewest afford a copy of Serum.

Adrian from Kuils River has such a great interest in Air suspension that he started his own business. His 318i E46 Touring is a 2003 model and most people don’t like station wagons, but you have to admit that this particular station wagon is very sexy. Adrian’s had the car for two years and as you can see it has undergone some dramatic alterations.
It started with the 18-inch WCI narrow and wide wheels. 215/35/18 front and back but wider 9.5j wheels for the rear. The drop kit is a custom air ride kit Adrian built himself. The air suspension makes the ride more comfortable than any standard BMW suspension and BMW themselves offer air suspension on some of their more expensive models like the 7 Series and X5 as an optional extra.
