Blackrock Casino hosted two unforgettable nights of entertainment with local comedian Simphiwe Shembe on Friday, 4 March 2016 and Saturday, 5 March 2016.
Titled, the “Simphiwe Shembe Comedy Connection”, guests were treated to a show to remember with laughter and side-splitting hilarity as Shembe laid on his unique wit and characteristic humour.
Shembe effortlessly headlined the show with comicality and charm, and was supported by a score of other home-grown funny men such as Tsoro, Sifiso Nene, Syanda Maphumulo, Amawele Asechesterville, and Skhumba Hlophe just to name a few.
“It’s always amazing to see our local comedians rocking the stage and telling stories that only we as South Africans can relate to.” says Blackrock Casino Marketing Manager, Veneshrie Chetty.
