Johnnie Walker’s recently announced global iconic JoyWalker, Lira put on a show stopping performance at The Lyric Theatre when launching her new album Born Free.
The multi-platinum selling artist was launching her new album ‘Born free’ in partnership with the brand Johnnie Walker. Lira has won eleven coveted SAMAs and says the role joy has played in building her success has been significant since she first bravely walked away from a safe career in accountancy towards her passion for music. Lira continues to shine and now relishes the partnership with Johnnie Walker to push South Africans to consider where joy might take them should they embrace a different frame of mind.
The launch saw local celebrities such as Sello Maake ka Ncube, Kenneth Nkosi, Kabelo Moalusi and Mutodi Neshehe and other well know faces attend.
