A musical celebration of a heart-rending part of our culture and history. A glimpse into a world that has for some been forgotten. “Home” is a musical fantasy conversation between disparate souls – family members, friends, strangers who lived in the former District Six. In one way or another we are all committed to this place – our homes – homes that the government would not allow us to live in. Was it perhaps the only time and place where the real “rainbow nation” was? “Sometimes a thought like that could cross your mind … ” Come, let’s go Home!
