MEC Sihle Zikalala laid the charges against Sodwana Bay Guest House owner Andre Slade earlier today.

JOHANNESBURG – Charges of illegal operation, crimen injuria and tax evasion have been laid against the owner of a KwaZulu-Natal guest house, who said his establishment was not taking bookings from black people and government employees.

The province’s Economic Development and Tourism MEC Sihle Zikalala opened the case today against Sodwana Bay Guest House owner Andre Slade.
