Thursday, 08 September 2016 – The METRO FM Summerlife venue has changed to the heart of Johannesburg at the luscious green grounds of Marks Park in Emmarentia, Johannesburg due to a large demand from you, our listeners.
Saturday, 24 September will see the celebration of 30 Years of METRO. Offering two stages, over 15 top musical acts, a wide variety of drink options to quench the Summerlife thirst as well as gourmet food will be available to festivalgoers at this celebratory event.
The full line up for the birthday festivities include Sipho Hotstix Mabuse, Glen Lewis, Kwesta, Shimza, Unathi, Mo Flava, Lulo Café, Naked DJ, Apple Gule, Kyle Deutch, Lerato Kganyago, Sphectacula and Naves as well as the already released Skwatta Kamp, Mafikizolo, Liquideep, Lira and Fifi Cooper.
