Johannesburg, 24 October 2018: Comedy Central has listenend to viewers, and now proudly brings South Africans what they want, an 8 episode comedy showcase by some of the best local comedians in the business….but with a twist.  They will all be doing their sets in their native language.  Recording live at Parker’s Comedy and Jive at Montecasino from 24-26 October 2018, each night will feature a laugh extravaganza by some of the best comedians in the business.

Featuring a Nguni night, Afrikaans night and English night with comedians including; Lihle Msimang, John Vlismas, Simphiwe Shembe, Siya Seya, Jay Boogie, Casper De Vries, Schalk Bezuidenhout, Hannes Brummer, Robby Collins, Donovan Goliath, Deep Fried Man and many more, the live recordings will then be broken down into weekly 30 minute specials that will air on Comedy Central (DStv channel 122) from Monday, 19 November at 21:00 CAT.   Monday nights will never be the same again.

With 11 official languages in our amazing country, Comedy Central is always looking for new ways to keep the country entertained and laughing, and what better way to do it than celebrating our unique and diversive country and the languages found within our borders.

Laugh In Your Language will be broadcast on Mondays from 19 November 2018at 21:00 CAT only on Comedy Central (DStv channel 122).
